When the cold sets in outside, L’atmosphère Restaurant & Bar introduces a warming seasonal menu designed especially for this time of year - one that brings comfort and invites guests to rediscover the depth of traditional Polish cuisine.
The inspiration behind the new two-week à la carte insert is winter cooking: aromatic, hearty and deeply warming. The menu was created by à la carte chef and kitchen shift leader Artur Cymerkiewicz, and will be available to guests of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport for the next two weeks - until Friday, 12 December 2025.
This menu is like a winter walk - the kind you take purely for the pleasure of discovering new sensations. Each dish leads you further, step by step, through warm and comforting notes of seasonal cuisine, leaving you at the end with a pleasant sense of warmth that lingers long after the meal.
Slow-braised beef round, root vegetables, sweet tomatoes, sour cream, fresh parsley and a garlic crouton. A combination that brings warmth on frosty days. Simple, hearty and wonderfully comforting.
Duck breast, first cooked sous-vide to preserve tenderness and juiciness, then grilled for a deep, refined flavor. Served with creamy potato purée, red cabbage, black garlic confit and a demi-glace gravy infused with orange. A caramelised pear completes the dish.
A sweet finale to a hearty lunch. A classic cream-filled pastry prepared according to a traditional hotel recipe from Kraków’s master confectioners, a light vanilla flan between two layers of crisp pastry, finished with powdered sugar and a tangy house-made raspberry sauce to balance the sweetness.
