We are proud to announce that our colleague from the Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport team has received a prestigious invitation to join the group of expert lecturers at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).
Ewelina Kubaśka will conduct classes for students of the newly launched postgraduate programme “Modern Hotel Management,” which is scheduled to begin in the 2025/2026 academic year.
The programme is designed for senior and mid-level hotel management professionals, aspiring leaders in the hospitality industry, and individuals seeking to deepen their knowledge of managing modern hotel operations.
The curriculum focuses on developing practical skills to respond to market challenges, mastering hotel economics, improving service quality, managing human capital, and building a strong organisational culture.
Particular emphasis is placed on the practical application of acquired knowledge - students will have the opportunity to gain insights and inspiration directly from industry practitioners and hospitality experts.
Postgraduate students may be graduates holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
Open recruitment continues until 4 November 2025.
The programme is listed in the Development Services Database (Baza Usług Rozwojowych) and is eligible for funding of up to 80–95% of tuition costs, making it an attractive and valuable development opportunity for professionals and organisations within the HoReCa sector looking to strengthen managerial competencies within their teams.
Ewelina Kubaśka serves as an HR Business Partner at Kraków Airport Hotel.
As an HR expert, she specialises in recruitment, candidate experience design, and employee development. For over a decade, she has been associated with the hospitality industry, shaping human resources processes within the dynamic environment of an international airport hotel in Balice.
During her classes at SGGW, she will share her hands-on knowledge of human capital management, effective recruitment strategies, and employer branding in the service sector.
