Updated every two weeks, our themed menu, available Monday to Friday, is an exceptional offering designed for gourmets, inviting them on an exciting culinary odyssey.

The architects of this menu, which we invite everyone looking for a lunch spot during their visit to Kraków Airport in Balice to try, are the chefs of L'atmosphère restaurant. They bring inspiration for their signature dishes from travels to the farthest corners of the world.

This week, Ilona Świerczek, à la carte chef of Jacek Filipczyk's culinary team, shared her talent and culinary artistry with guests of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport.

This week menu specialities:

• Appetizer: A traditional cold beet soup (chłodnik) made with natural yogurt, fresh and lightly brined cucumber, dill, and chives. This seasonal specialty is served with a crispy breaded egg featuring a luscious, creamy yolk.
  
  
• Main Course: Braised beef shank with bone marrow, slow-cooked with vegetables and red wine. Accompanied by a delicate young white cabbage mousse and new potatoes with dill butter.
  
  
• Dessert: A classic meringue with a light mascarpone cream, fresh seasonal fruits, and red currant salsa.
