Another edition of the Hotel Management Congress is behind us – the sixth one organized by the editorial team of Hotel Management magazine, this time hosted at the Sandra SPA Hotel in Pogorzelica. The event brought together hoteliers from all over Poland. Among the participants was also a representation of our Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport, who joined the congress in search of inspiration and new contacts.
This annual event is one of the key dates in the hospitality calendar – important not only because of its prestige and high attendance, but above all because it provides a space for exchanging experiences, building relationships, and discussing the future direction of the hotel industry in Poland.
As every year, we had the opportunity to take part in substantive presentations and inspiring debates – the hallmark of the Congress – where current topics were addressed, focusing on the real challenges and needs of the hospitality industry.
We talked about the challenges and trends shaping the hotel industry. The program included, among others, the subject of mental training and the human side of hotel business, a debate on what strengthens and drives success in hospitality, as well as a number of inspiring presentations and practical tips from experts. There were also discussions about solutions that can be implemented in the daily operations of hotels, opportunities to exchange experiences, and integrative meetings fostering networking and relationship building within the industry.
The event was filled with engaging discussions, practical insights, and motivating ideas that each participant can apply in the daily work of their property.
Representing the Hilton Balice Team, Piotr Ignaszak, General Manager of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport, took part in this year’s congress.
