Last week, the conference spaces of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport hosted a press conference with the participation of KLM Cityhopper, Kraków Airport, Welcome Airport Services, and representatives and partners of the aviation industry.
The meeting was part of the Aviation Challenge 2025 initiative, during which participants discussed innovations and solutions driving positive change and shaping the future of sustainable aviation.
The Aviation Challenge is an international initiative created by the SkyTeam alliance, of which KLM Cityhopper — a Dutch regional carrier operating short-haul connections across Europe from its base in Amsterdam — is a member.
The goal of the initiative is to identify and test innovative solutions that help reduce the environmental impact of aviation.
As part of The Aviation Challenge, selected airlines operate special demonstration flights to test eco-friendly technologies and operational procedures. This year, KLM Cityhopper, which has been flying regularly between Kraków and Amsterdam for a decade, chose Kraków Airport and the capital of Małopolska as the destination for its demonstration flight.
We would like to thank the organizers for their trust and for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport and the Kraków Airport Hotel Conference Center as the venue for the press conference accompanying the event.
Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport, together with the Kraków Airport Hotel Conference Center, offers a dedicated conference area of nearly 750 square meters, which — thanks to its location and professional technical facilities — is frequently chosen by organizers of conferences, briefings, and press events in Kraków.
With its direct proximity to the Kraków Airport terminal in Balice, modern conference spaces, and professional service, the hotel provides exceptional comfort and convenience for both organizers and participants of every event.
