A city break on a plate. A new weekly menu filled with the flavors of weekend journeys at L’atmosphère

Contemporary travel increasingly takes the form of short, intensive getaways – city breaks, during which, over just a few days, we absorb a city’s architecture, rhythm, and cuisine.

It is precisely these experiences – condensed, rich in contrasts and emotion – that have inspired the latest edition of the weekly L’atmosphère Specialities. This week’s selection for guests of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport has been created by Mirosław Piechnik, à la carte chef of L’atmosphère restaurant at Kraków Airport in Balice.

What’s on the weekly lunch menu

The common thread of this edition is the intensity of experience – much like a short journey, where every moment matters and every flavor leaves a lasting impression.

• Roasted goat cheese | mixed green leaves, compressed melon, pomegranate, beetroot, hazelnut, pear, orange dressing
  
  
• Butterfish | couscous, sautéed spinach with tomatoes and edamame beans, creamy caper sauce
  
  
• Mango cheesecake | almond crumble, red currant salsa

The L’atmosphère Specialities menu is available from Monday to Friday at L’atmosphère restaurant in the Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport in Balice. The insert is offered for two weeks, after which it gives way to the next themed edition.
