Although the holidays are still quite a while away, we’ve already begun intensive preparations to offer you the best experiences during the season when we’ll soon gather as teams to celebrate the shared successes of the past year around a festive table.
To mark the occasion, Chef Jacek Filipczyk invited the #HiltonBaliceTeam to sample the holiday menu that will grace your tables during corporate gatherings and banquets we’ll be hosting. 😍
We tasted traditional red borscht with homemade dumplings, an exquisite fried Ojców trout served with a cabbage and mushroom-stuffed croquette, and a creamy cardamom sauce with tarragon.
The table also featured an excellent salmon gravlax, and for dessert, a festive poppy seed cake with smoked apple sauce—a recipe our pastry chef Marcin guards like a treasure. Only those who’ve tasted it know what a remarkable delicacy it is! ❤️
