The new holiday menu is now available at L’atmosphère Restaurant & Bar in the Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport hotel in Balice.
From 15 to 26 December 2025, hotel guests, travellers awaiting their flights from Kraków Airport, as well as residents of Kraków and the surrounding area will have the opportunity to enjoy dishes inspired by Polish culinary traditions, presented in an exquisite hotel dining style.
The Christmas and New Year period is a special time of celebration, filled with both family and business gatherings. To provide a festive setting for these important moments, each year we prepare a dedicated seasonal menu, offered as part of the weekly specials card – L’atmosphère specialities – available throughout the Christmas season.
This year, the creation of the holiday menu truly brought together a full “culinary council” of chefs. As foodies would say – there is plenty to enjoy and plenty to feast your eyes on, says with humour Jacek Filipczyk, executive chef of Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport.
The discussion on how to balance tradition with creative freedom – allowing guests to look at the holidays with fresh perspective and the joy of discovering flavours inspired by travel – was ultimately concluded by Patryk Cholewa, à la carte chef at L’atmosphère Restaurant. He proposed three exceptional dishes, all of which, by decision of executive chef Jacek Filipczyk, have been included in the menu for the festive season.
This year’s selection of dishes is a nod to relaxed, unpretentious holiday dining and a casual festive atmosphere, where pleasure and the joy of sharing moments at the table take precedence over formality.
The menu features the following three dishes:
Holiday fish soup – a velvety fish cream with tomatoes, served with a homemade puff pastry croquette filled with spinach and white cheese;
Zander – a juicy, delicate fillet fried in a golden almond crust, served with saffron and dill aioli, a mini garden salad, and potatoes with parsley butter;
Holiday fruit roulade with vanilla sauce.
