In the new weekly menu, Artur Cymerkiewicz takes familiar reference points and gently refines them, allowing flavour to speak in narrative form – telling the story of a family gathering around the table. One where time slows down and the table becomes the centre of the world. There is closeness, warmth, aromas drifting from the kitchen, and a feeling that everything is exactly where it should be.

• Homemade broth: Slowly cooked with duck and beef, served with a meat-filled potato dumpling. A clear, essential broth that will warm you on a cold winter day while you wait for your flight.
  
  
• An unusual pork cutlet with a fried egg: Juicy meat meets a crisp breadcrumb coating, while the runny yolk naturally completes the dish. On the side: red Vitelotte potatoes, an old French variety, and sautéed Savoy cabbage with porcini mushrooms.
  
  
• Italian tiramisu with Polish curd cheese: A meeting of two worlds – Italian classic elegance and the outstanding quality of a Polish product.
