Quarterly bonuses are discretionary and their amount depends on the company's financial performance as well as the achievement of team and individual goals. You will learn the detailed regulations for awarding bonuses during the recruitment process

Any employee, collaborator, or contractor who refers someone for a position, and the referred person works with us for 3 months, can receive an additional bonus of 1000 PLN gross. The referrer will receive another 1000 PLN gross after the referred employee completes an additional 6 months.

I have been working at Kraków Airport Hotel for 12 years. I serve as an HR Business Partner, and my role is to support candidates throughout the hiring process. I am also the first person you will contact if you decide to apply for most positions.
